What We Do
Our Services
From chemical-free dry ice blasting and industrial inspection to full commercial kitchen maintenance, hood and exhaust service, surface restoration, and on-site equipment repair — HCIS delivers thorough, compliant solutions built around your operation. We follow FDA, USDA, and NFPA 96 standards on every job, so your facility stays safe, inspection-ready, and running at full capacity.
Dry Ice Blasting
Dry ice blasting is a non-abrasive, chemical-free cleaning method that uses compressed air to accelerate solid CO₂ pellets at high velocity. On impact, the pellets sublimate instantly — lifting contaminants, coatings, grease, and buildup from surfaces without leaving secondary waste, moisture, or residue.
How It Works
Compressed Air Acceleration
Solid CO₂ pellets are propelled through a specialized blasting gun using high-pressure compressed air.
Kinetic Impact
Pellets strike the surface at high velocity, breaking the bond between the contaminant and the substrate.
Thermal Shock
The extreme cold of the dry ice causes rapid thermal contraction, further loosening stubborn deposits.
Sublimation — No Residue
CO₂ pellets vaporize on contact, leaving only the removed contaminant — no water, no chemicals, no secondary cleanup.
Why Dry Ice Blasting
No Chemicals
100% chemical-free — safe for food-contact surfaces and environmentally responsible.
No Disassembly
Equipment stays in place. Clean in-line without costly teardown and reassembly.
No Water Damage
Dry process eliminates risk of moisture damage to electrical components and sensitive machinery.
FDA & USDA Compliant
Approved for use in food processing and commercial kitchen environments.
Minimal Downtime
Faster than traditional methods — get back to production sooner.
No Secondary Waste
CO₂ sublimates on contact — only the removed contaminant requires disposal.

Industrial Inspection
Accurate inspection is the foundation of every safe, efficient facility. HCIS provides thorough industrial inspection services — including API-standard vessel and piping inspections and certified welding inspections — identifying equipment wear, structural concerns, weld integrity issues, and compliance gaps before they become costly failures. We document everything so you have a clear picture of your facility's condition.
What We Inspect
Equipment Condition Assessment
Visual and operational inspection of industrial machinery, motors, and production equipment to identify wear, damage, or imminent failure points.
Structural & Surface Inspection
Evaluation of structural steel, building surfaces, and coatings for corrosion, deterioration, and integrity concerns.
API Vessel & Piping Inspection
Inspection of pressure vessels, storage tanks, and piping systems in accordance with API 510, API 570, and API 653 standards — identifying corrosion, wall loss, and fitness-for-service concerns.
Welding Inspection (CWI)
Certified Welding Inspector (CWI) services covering weld quality, procedure compliance, pre- and post-weld examination, and AWS/ASME code conformance for structural and pressure-boundary welds.
Compliance & Code Review
Inspection against applicable codes and standards — API, ASME, NFPA, OSHA, FDA, and USDA — to identify gaps before a formal audit or regulatory inspection.
Pre-Maintenance Surveys
Detailed condition surveys prior to cleaning or maintenance work, ensuring the right scope and method are applied to every job.
Post-Service Verification
Follow-up inspection after cleaning or repair work to confirm results meet specification and document completion for your records.
Documented Inspection Reports
Written reports with findings, photos, and recommended actions delivered after every inspection — ready for your compliance files, insurance records, or regulatory submissions.
